To cope with the craziness of our Expo experience, my roommates and I came up with a very effective strategy. During the week, a shisha after work helped to calm us down. And once a month, we tried to get a few days off at the same time, so we could venture out into the desert or to other faraway places. Our destination for November: the northernmost exclave of Oman – Musandam.
